To Duby : oh, really. *Is disbelieving* To people in general : I still think we need a duel thread. *Hints shamelessly*

and that needs an "oh no" why? Is there something wrong with many violent battles? *gasps* *completely disregrads the fact that she is spamming the Sam thread*

Anyway, returning to the previous subject, er......ah........Sam.... ... He has good integrity. He's a good role model, too. I think I've been unconsciously modeling my part in a friendship after his friendship with Frodo. maybe it's because the first time I met this friend was on a group hike up a hilly mountain. That was wooded, though, while Orodruin wasn't. Oh, well.

like Sam cuz he is very brave(ie. killed Shelob) and a great friend, rescues Frodo many times and throughout his journey to destory the ring

Actually, he didn't kill Shelob. Somthing that old and evil can't be destroyed by a hobbit with a hobbit-sized blade, no matter how brave. He did "stick a pin into her ladyship" as the orcs put it. ;D
